Homes For All California, Tenants Together, Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment (ACCE), and Right To The City Alliance invite you to participate in a dynamic Funder Track at the California Renter Power Assembly on Friday October 11, 2019 from 9am to 4pm at La Create Space (401 E Hillcrest Blvd in Inglewood, CA). The Funder Track will be followed by a brief happy hour.
On the heels of historic victories for housing justice, tenant leaders and organizers from around the state are coming together for two days of collective visioning, relationship-building and strategizing to win and defend local and state policies that protect and expand the rights of California renters.
As part of the California Renter Power Assembly we are hosting a Funder Track to bring together key allies in philanthropy who are interested in taking a deeper dive on grassroots organizing for tenants rights. The convening will be an opportunity to engage colleagues, hear from field leaders, and discuss concrete opportunities to support the movement for tenants’ rights and housing justice.
